Question About Rotating Images

Hey everyone.

I've got a problem. No matter how I rotate (horizontal/vertical) my images on my computer, when I upload them to DA they get reverted to their original position. Very frustrating! How can I solve this problem while preserving the original image quality?

If anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks.

depending on the program your using, you have to save you picture after you rotate it.
